1. Core Operating Framework & "Work-First" Policy
Das Tech Solutions prides itself on transparency, client trust, and high-standard deliverables. Our primary business workflow operates under a unique customer-first model:
- Zero Advance Payment: We design, develop, and fully deploy your web platform, mobile application, or software project prior to requesting any financial transaction.
- Full Inspection & Testing Rights: Clients are granted full access to test, review, and evaluate the operational performance of the finished deliverable.
- Payment Schedule: Financial compensation becomes strictly due only after the client verifies, tests, and expresses complete satisfaction with the completed project.
Important Notice: Once the client approves the final deployment, full payment for the selected package (Basic, Standard, Corporate, E-Commerce, or Custom App) must be cleared promptly according to the agreed milestones.
2. Scope of Services & Development Tiers
We provide a wide array of professional digital solutions, including custom web development, android/iOS mobile applications, e-commerce stores, PPC/digital marketing campaigns, and cloud/Firebase architectures. Each project scope is strictly bound to the features, page limits, and functionalities detailed in our respective pricing packages or formal service agreements.
3. Intellectual Property Rights & Ownership
Ownership rights of developed digital assets are governed by the following rules:
- Client Ownership: Upon full and final clearance of project dues, the client acquires full ownership rights of the custom website interface, source code files, database structures, and application assets created specifically for them.
- Portfolio Rights: Das Tech Solutions reserves the statutory right to display completed works, applications (such as DocSathi, Royal Food, Amar Elaka, etc.), case studies, and design screenshots within our official promotional portfolio and marketing channels, unless an official, legally binding Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) is requested and executed prior to commencement.
4. Project Revisions, Maintenance & Support
We ensure reliable operational support following project handover:
- Minor textual edits and formatting adjustments requested during the active development phase are fully covered.
- Free technical assistance and bug fixing are provided for the duration specified in your chosen package tier (e.g., 1 month of free support for corporate solutions).
- Post-warranty updates, server upgrades, or major functional add-ons requested after the free support window may require a separate maintenance contract.
5. Limitation of Liability & Third-Party Services
Das Tech Solutions acts as a technology and service provider. We shall bear no direct or indirect liability for:
- Downtimes, security breaches, or operational failures originating from third-party cloud hosting providers, domain registrars, or payment gateways.
- Unauthorized code modifications, structural alterations, or plugin errors introduced by external developers or the client post-handover.
6. Project Cancellation & Dispute Resolution
Because our operations rely on a zero-advance payment framework, projects can be cancelled or modified prior to final approval without financial penalty, provided formal notice is given. Any disputes arising from service contracts shall be amicably resolved through direct communication with our management team.
